OK you are saying that you have 32 acre oil/gas rights on the quater section 160 so first they have to drill a well on your 32 acres right
And if they drill a hit gas/oil and you have 18% royalties ... |

| 4000 psi That is sure some decent pressure it would be good to know what the choke is set at befor making an evaluation but you could be in the 1 million cubic feet of gas per/d |
