We didn't get 7 inches, but a nearby county did.

We got 3.5 inches, and we kept our power throughout the storm.

I do a variety of physical-therapy-type exercises for my wrists, forearms, and elbows. Such as rolling a weight hanging from a wooden dowel up and down, with my hands in various positions.
