Pedal Generator, every day. Typically 60-65 Watt-hours, but sometimes up to the mid 80's, if I feel inspired. Some of the "stuff" in my house is 100% powered by those workouts - like my Roomba.

this is the most energy efficient refrigerator that I know and it works with solar energy at 12V or 24V DC. As a freezer it is not as efficient.

F1 is looking at ways to develop cars where the technology would be transferable to road cars - smaller, fuel efficient turbos, ethanol, tire compounds, etc., all with consumers in mind.
