Hard to do accurate figuring not knowing where your are or what your electrical rate is, but for me, paying 10cents a kilowatt hour plus $8 meter fee plus a couple of bucks taxes etc, a $35/month bill ...

And in 20 years the PV panels still have 10 to 30 + years of life in them, and I paid for them up front, and no longer get the benefit of them. Better to buy them and install them yourself.

But it is a NEV, not a highway legal vehicle. It's fine for most daily use of many people but not a vehicle you can use without restrictions.
