What I've heard is that coconut oil is highly saturated and extremely unhealthy. It's supposed to be one of the worst oils, which explains why it's often an ingredient in cheap junk foods.

| There's still going to be a LOT of oil being produced in 5 years. There will be some people who won't have access to it and may well be dieing off by then, but it probably won't be the people on this ... |
