Hoarding is exactly what the government is doing right now by filling the SPR, and frankly it's the best thing that could happen. It drives prices up. High prices encourage demand destruction. They also finance new well development. The hoarded oil gives us a buffer to fall back on once shortages become more prevalent. High prices are what we need in order to adapt to what's coming, and the sooner they happen, the better.

Yesterday I got to the 3/4 mark on the fence. Another week and I will be finished. I dug new potatoes -mmm, good.

Finished repairing the pig pen and am now fencing in the new extension to the garden....Deer are plentiful here.

Have potato's planted...hope to get the rest of the "spring" vegetables planted late ...

According to the EIA's data, gasoline prices for the average of all grades increased by 3.9% in March.
