| Too bad the economic stimulus package did not address this issue, 150 billion could have gone a long way in upgrading and maintaining our electrical grid. |

| Damn ! the article says its got 400 hp on tap too !!! I don't see how its possible to get that power and MPG in a basic ICE but hey if it works this guy deserves an engineering job at Ford ASAP. |
