Raising meat is phenominally inefficient. Just think of how much fuel is necessary to raise meat, and then add in the water, the antibiotics, etc.
So it is very unlikely this process has positive EROEI. It's just a good way to improve the efficiency of the turkey process.
Now, hooking up the TDP to, say, a waste treatment plant, would be more interesting, since we can do without turkeys, but we can't do away with going to the bathroom!
