A good popularization book to introduce the oil world and its famous oncoming depletion issue to the French readership. Most of the author's data have been provided by J. Laherrère.
French Peakists usually consider it as the best French-language book regarding PO and its consequences; the second one is Pétrole Apocalypse (Cochet, 2005).
