Like the illusion of Wall Street, with its vast and powerful investment banks, now shuttered, China too is an illusion perpetuated by the Globalists that gave us the 15,000 mile Caesar salad, poisoned cat food and lead based paint on babies' pacifiers. Like the illusion that money would come from thin air to always push housing prices higher, China has spent a generation pursuing its illusion. Pursuing an unattainable dream to be like the West, while 6000 years of its carefully shepherded top soil blows into the sea.

The course will take place from February 26th to March third, 2006. Cost is $700 per person.

You will need lots of warm clothes good boots with extra liners a parka with hood.

He says don't bother paying till the course.

I think you follow a trap line and do things like build shelters, skin rabbits, learn some orienteering, etc.

You can contact the organizer at royperritt@ontariocanoeing.com

More details available here:
http://www.ontariocanoeing.com/adventures-survival.asp

There's a shorter 2 1/2 day one as well as extended trips, which I assume is the long one you've mentioned.

Looks interesting!

I spent forever on that website looking for that, thanks.
Orginally the survival course was over a weekend in january but then when I emailed about it he said february. I asked if that was actually the survival course and got this replay:

"Yes I was talking about a survival course at the end of Feb. and it is a week long. I have to get that other info off of the web site. I not actually promoting the site so not many people are seeing it."
