This can't possibly be a hurricane because hurricane season doesn't begin until June first. Everyone know that the Atlantic Ocean isn't warm enough to form a hurricane until June first .... sheesh.
It must be something else...

Answer: no

Hurricanes start off as clumps of tropical thunderstorms that eventually begin to rotate due to the coriolis effect. That image you posted is way too far north in water that is way too cold.
