Soil Association Recognise Peak Oil, Who Else?

The UK the Soil Association has recently recognised peak oil as a serious problem and has started an initiative titled: Food and Farming - Post Peak Oil to deal with it through raising awareness and re-localising food supplies. It will be the focus of their 2007 conference.

Well, this got me thinking. How many other major organisations have accepted peak oil, recognised it for the urgent challenge that it is?

So far it's a bit thin, can anyone suggest other UK organisations that are 'peak oil aware'?
