That's what he's really saying, isn't it? The growing hatred of America in Europe and the rest of the world is all about Dubya and his handlers, so he's actually saying it's "madness" to not want to work with those thugs.

But his argument about Saddam was he was a thug who had to go for the good of all, surely the same can be said of Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld, Rice and Bush?
