No, you would need to use standard copper coated lead bullets. The copper will flatten out, and somewhat dent the steel as it enters. This will cause a compression wave inside the barrel, and since there is no room for the pressure to dissipate, it will cause an ignition to the black powder. Since there is no room for the gas to escape, and the heat generated will ignite the napalm mixture, the result is an explosion. This is similar to how a bullet works, by percussion. Also, the copper bullet penetrating the barrel will more than likely create a spark, which would ignite the black powder anyhow, and cause the same result. _________________ Here Lies the United States Of America.
