For those of us looking for ways to increase our quality of life in the post-oil age, I learned some cool stuff about hydrogen peroxide today.

How long does the stuff last? It's none too stable a chemical (hence it's disinfectant power), so do you know how long an unoped bottle will last? What about an opened one?
