| Here on the central coast of California I watch a corner Shell station near my house that I have used as my own gas watch now for over five years. Yesterday a gallon of regular unleaded was $4.01 and it has held at that price for over two weeks. This AM it was $4.13. That is one of the largest single day increases I can remember for that station. I suspect it will be a lot less then two weeks before they have to hike the price again. |

$3.85 regular - up 14˘ since yesterday. Diesel at $4.45.
I saw this morning that RBOB was at $3.40 (?) but has dropped a little since then. I guess we'll see another increase in the next few days unless RBOB heads back to $3.20.
And yes, the new digital sign at the cheap station appears to have room for a "1" in front of the 3.
I guess the owner figured he might as well plan ahead for the inevitable. |

It's about time we start getting some major gas shortages in order to wake up the sheeple. |

But he didn't plan FAR ENOUGH ahead because there's not room for the "2" as in $20.00/gallon |

You have still long way to go. In Poland price of gasoline is 7.85$ a gallon. Salaries are half of the salaries in the USA, and the streets are still full of cars. So don't be shocked by your 4$ a gallon haha. But when oil prices will hit 200$ Europe will cut it's gas taxes and we won't feel that 200$. You instead will be screwed. |

They'll cut their gas taxes? How will they recoup all that funding?
Sorry bub, we're all screwed together in this one.

god-
Maybe they can cut their socialized health care system to keep gas cheap. That would make sense to me. I'd rather die of some illness then pay too much in gas. _________________ Clothing should be optional. |
