I'd issue a standard U.S. iq test to everyone, anyone that scored under 130 would be murdered. If you have kids under 13 they don't need to take the test unless you fail.
Firstly this would kill off all the illiterates, all the non english speakers and the retards. From this base you'd be looking at only 150 million people left though so yeah.

I agree with most of what you say but have a few questions. Is your main goal to live in a predominantly, if not entirely, white skin community? Or what is the selector for you if not white skin?
I couldn't just do a skin based selector because I dislike retards, of which there are almost as many white as others given the same upbringing. If you selected white skin+intelligence then I could possibly agree with it, but then you're severely limiting the pool.
Frankly it is about intelligence and culture, have the same culture, have high intelligence and you can't go wrong in any community, regardless of visual appearance (within reason, obviously more beautiful people get an easier path in life). AT least in my opinion. My ideal society would work better than a white skin only selector, even you could see that I think, however it would be harder to create than something simple like a 'hey you look like me' community. _________________ Introducing the human evolution.
