I think this is the beginnings of an economy based on perpetual growth and fossil fuel energy running headlong into geological energy constraints. Basically I see an undulatory downward path for the rest of my life. From here out, I think any rallies in our economic condition are going to be met with spiking commodity prices that knock us right back down.

jdmartin Ok, first off i do not sell Vegas vacations online, thanks again for trying to belittle what i do, but then again thats generally what miserable, pessimistic people do when dealing with people who have had success in life. But if you would ever like to know about SEO, website promotion or how to drive traffic to a site and make money from paid advertising let me know and i can help you out, for a fee of course!
Secondly I do not think i am above anything, i do however think that i am way above some lazy piece of crap that lives off of others and has never worked a day in his life. If that makes me a bad person so be it i can take that label.
Thirdly there is so much that you can do to make money that its mind boggling so if push comes to shove i will be fine, trust me on that. I have NEVER taken any handouts from the government and never intend to.
And the value of what someone produces can only be measured by the person that needs it. I for one need clean De ionized water for the wire EDM machines i run. Most people could care less about DI water so it holds little value to them.
And in response to a post a few back, no i did not invent the internet, Al Gore did everyone knows that.

If you count "success" as monetary, I'd guess I'm probably equal to or greater than what you've achieved. If you count success as happiness, well I've done pretty well but I have no idea whether you're happy or not. As for the "miserable, pessimistic" comment, shove it assbag. The Vegas vacations was just an example, I couldn't give a crap if you sell nuclear secrets or porno.

Never gonna happen.

Moron. Try looking up the word "contradiction" and then reread your sentence.

NSS. What do you think I posted before? How much need do you think there's going to be for DI water for processes that are unneeded because their patrons went out of business? WTFU.

Thanks again for the childish name calling, just proves you are one big negative whiner who probably hates himself and hates to see others happy and successful. Your type is is easy to spot a mile away.

"We're still trying to figure out why so many people showed up."
That about sums it up for how clueless government is on how this situation will play out.
Wow - about 6 months before my prediction, but still in the five ring.
Little house on the prarie this will not be.

If you watch the video clips from it you gotta wonder how can so many so called poor and starving people be so damn fat?
Poor people tend to spend their few dollars on the interior of grocery store where there is mostly "junk" hi carb/calorie/fat food for their money/calorie intake ratio.
Rich people tend to spend their money on the periphery of a grocery store where there are fresh fruits, veggies, fish, and meats.
Therefore...poor people are fat and rich people are skinny. _________________ "There must be a bogeyman; there always is, and it cannot be something as esoteric as "resource depletion." You can't go to war with that." Emersonbiggins

PS: Learn how to spell, dipshit. It's "their", not "there". Maybe you should avail yourself of some remedial education with all that money you're rolling in. _________________ After fueling up their cars, Twyman says they bowed their heads and asked God for cheaper gas. There was no immediate answer, but he says other motorists joined in and the service station owner didn't run them off.

Whenever anything is given away free of charge, it usually draws a crowd. Take a look at "Black Friday" or whatever the heck its called. People line up the night before to get a chance at a gift card. Its just a normal reaction.
The question becomes, how will expensive energy effect these programs? Will they expand due to ever increasing unemployment or will they collapse due to lower and lower amounts of taxes coming in from depressed spending, lower employment and decreased house prices... _________________ Clothing should be optional.

true, but still the recent behavior of black milwaukee shows how the inner city is deteriorating. You have to admit frank that the recent events up here, the mob beatings by youths, school fights that include parents and everything else leave the white population of MKE justifiably disgusted.
Milwaukee is turning into detroit, and quickly at that and we have a county board and mayor that refuse to admit it.
