Do Christians and other theists pray to God to fix the PO mess?
Or do they accept mankind must pay the bill for actions of free will? |

I can't speak for all Christians, but I don't pray for God to fix this mess...I pray for guidance, protection & to calm my soul.

That's correct. However I have to admit that I also pray for this to be a swift matter, hoping a pandemic or somehting eliminates 90% of the populace without much suffering. |

Good point of view.
I saw on one video people were praying at gas stations to get it fixed. |

IMO praying at the pumps for lower prices is a tad bit like praying to win the lotto.
A bit improper, but yet funny in some warped kind of way

last itme I checked I am a kind of theist.
I do not pray thus... I guess that means I accept... though it doesn't exactly feel like acceptence.

Theist here. Actually in a Philosophy of Religion (more like of Theology and the existence of God) class right now. Don't pray for a solution to PO; I even mock the idea of something like that.

This thread reminds me of an old argument with my sis...her point was "I don't have to lift a finger, because God will provide for me because I have faith"...
My retort was "if God provides rabbits to eat...do YOU have the ability to catch & kill the rabbit"? "do YOU have the skills to skin, gut, and cook the rabbit"?
So she rolls her eyes at me and tells me what a lunatic I am
