Hoarding is exactly what the government is doing right now by filling the SPR, and frankly it's the best thing that could happen. It drives prices up. High prices encourage demand destruction. They also finance new well development. The hoarded oil gives us a buffer to fall back on once shortages become more prevalent. High prices are what we need in order to adapt to what's coming, and the sooner they happen, the better.

In general, I like the lay out of this site and every button works when you click on it. However, I was wondering whether the web designer could put a row or column of buttons for each forum and make sure that they appear on every page. This would mean that it will take only one click to get to the forum you want rather than two through the underlined Forums link at the top of the page. What do the moderators think?
