Like the illusion of Wall Street, with its vast and powerful investment banks, now shuttered, China too is an illusion perpetuated by the Globalists that gave us the 15,000 mile Caesar salad, poisoned cat food and lead based paint on babies' pacifiers. Like the illusion that money would come from thin air to always push housing prices higher, China has spent a generation pursuing its illusion. Pursuing an unattainable dream to be like the West, while 6000 years of its carefully shepherded top soil blows into the sea.

http://www.foe.org/exxon/movie.html

This is a flash animation about Exxon. I have even stood outside a Exxon gas station with signs saying "Exxon Endangers Humanity. Stop Global Warming." But this is ridiculous now that I know about peak oil. I mean maybe they have endangered humanity with global warming and peak oil through all of their efforts to have oil so subsidized and stopping any fuel efficiency. But maybe by that time that they had a lot of influence that it was already sucky. And we obviously needed that oil to keep the prices low to keep our economy functioning semi-decently. I don't know. I just look at everything totally different now. But they are not getting record profits because they are gouging. It's because oil is getting more expensive and they know reinvesting it for exploration is useless.

I think the creators of coyote's linked animation are venting their anger and loosing focus on what they want to get done, with such animations and a shown lack of understanding one cannot expect to be taken seriously by the people that can make a difference on this issue.

Um... it's not meant to be taken seriously. It's a cartoon. Funny ha-ha?
