Hoarding is exactly what the government is doing right now by filling the SPR, and frankly it's the best thing that could happen. It drives prices up. High prices encourage demand destruction. They also finance new well development. The hoarded oil gives us a buffer to fall back on once shortages become more prevalent. High prices are what we need in order to adapt to what's coming, and the sooner they happen, the better.

Just a brief note of thanks to all our members who keep us in intellectual, as well as financial solvency.
We are beginning the process of planning our next server upgrade to speed things up around here, and on this occasion of our 5th server upgrade thus far, I wanted to thank all those generous members who help make these upgrades possible.
(Seems like a world away from our humble beginnings on our tiny LunarPages server way back in '04 huh?)
Anyhow... much appreciation for all your efforts.
