Broken feature

On the front page surveys, after one person has posted a comment, the next person can either post a new comment, or reply to one that's already been made. When someone replys to a comment and you try to view their reply, the button doesn't work. Instead of showing thier reply it shows some disclaimer about how the poster is responsible for the content. Would it be possible to fix it? Smile

thanks. I'm going to fix this. However, I might have to fix this by removing the nested comments altogether.
