Pops, a tractor idea

You had mentioned wanting a tractor and fuel types they can use. I just remembered, there are some tractors that were made that are both a gas/diesel. They use both. The idea was you start them with gas (gas engines start easier) then throw a switch and it flips to a diesel tractor.
Might be a good option for you since that way you can use diesel, and IF it became scarce you can use it as a gas and burn alcohol in it. We have one and its an excellent workhorse of a tractor, we used it when we had cows to feed them.
Just a thought.
