12v solar power panel module

12v TV conversion

=

yes, even in a complete collapse, if you bought this kind of kit or built it, you can still watch DVDs and play video games.

I'm just showing you it all exists already, the only thing that's wrong is that there are too many pointless things being done, at the expense of converting over to long-term solutions that work - and at the expense of having a good time.

You're perfectly entitled to make your own tent out of castoffs - after all, bought tents cost energy resources to make them - and make some of your own clothes, and f-off to some wild area and live off wild caught foods ; I didn't at any point suggest that you were under some obligation to buy the above and keep them in store in case The Big One happens.

How much did it cost to make the computer you used to post that waste of space post to me, you negative unhelpful resource waster, and how much did it cost to power it so you could send that post thru once you got online? If it's not your own machine, did you use any transportation to get to where you could post from? Even if you used a bike - do you realise what it costs in energy production to make a bicycle? The metal frame alone........

What are you eating for dinner tonight? Will it be cooked? Gas or electric? Even if you use raw veg or something you made entirely yourself, you didn't grow it did you? If you did - were the seeds/plugs/plants mail order? Or delivered to some garden centre - how did you get to the garden centre? How did you get the pots to cook the food in and the crockery and cutlery to eat it with and out of?

Do you realise where stainless steel comes from? Copper bottoms? Plastic handles? And the water on tap that you may boil some veg in - how does that get to where you are or where you live?

*that, or the Popemobile
