Hello-
Just like the slide action of a old Mossberg, we are long overdue on the maintenece of this thread. Two years and 59 pages later I would say it's time to restart this thread.
Please continue your gun converstions over here and you will notice the "Action" on this thread should be faster and jammed misfeeds will be a thing of the past.
Love and Bullets,
Mule _________________ In other words, it's a huge sh*t sandwich, and we're all gonna have to take a bite.-from Full Metal Jacket |

Aww! I loved that the thread was 59 pages. I guess I'll resist the urge to merge this one with the prior. _________________ "I was born in a deep forest

Why? Is the old one broken or something?
Also, has it seriously been two years?
There's some good information in that one. |

Naw it's still there - think we would delete that concise debate about which 3 weapons?
The idea is to just ease the load on server - or some such techno-babble.
Anyway my 3 weapons of choice are; shotgun, rifle and a 4wd.
How 'bout you?

Well uh you want to merge it that's ok. I manged to lock the thread and start a new one but had a little problem with the stickies. Let's just say what you see now was the most presentable than when I tried to monkey around with the stickies and got all tangled up .
A little help eh? Please?

Hey Mule I’ll put the instructions on how I fixed that in the place where you got the other instructions.
You know.
Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
Secret pops/mule handshake and all that.
BTW fuzzy-rabid-kitten with an auto and backed-up-banana-clips, there aren’t many threads with sticky archives! _________________ Make a plan and work it: |

Hunting: .270 bolt-action for any larger game I'm likely to hunt when in the West, 12 ga for things that fly and deer hunting in the South, .22 lr for small game
Home defense: .45 1911, short-barrelled 12 ga pump
Carry: 9mm, .38 spl J-frame, .45 XD-45
Fun and SHTF: AR-15, AK-47, SKS and Garand for when in California
What? You say that's more than three? I guess I'll end the list here, then... |

Personally, I'd say...Glock 19, AR15, '76 F150 4WD. _________________ "I was born in a deep forest

The only 3 weapons you'll ever need: .22 rifle, .38 revolver, assault wheelbarrow.
But if I couldn't get those, I'd probably take:
(1) AR (Colt 6920 w/ .22lr conversion kit for cheap practice and small game)
(2) Glock 19 (also w/ .22lr conversion kit)
(3) .308 precision bolt-action (still need to get one of these--maybe a Remington 700 LTR w/ Leupold scope). |

Ahh, the venerable assault wheelbarrow.
The old ways are the best are they not? Give me a well-armored barrow and a nicely balanced tire iron any day.
Ms. Girl, I do prefer the older Fords with the simple FE big block – but as they say, you do best with what you use most.
But Jr. said he’d dispatch a certain fella with his old 45.
Mine are ACPs – does that count?
Anyway I told Spec I don't hang out here so I better get back to the "how to can tomatoes" thread... _________________ Make a plan and work it: |

Turkish Mauser $100
Remington 870 $280
And a Kel-Tec PLR-16 for wearing under a coat. $600
A review of the Kel-Tec.
Edit: Perhaps a small .45 with a large magazine instead of the Kel-Tec. _________________ "He who makes no mistakes isn't trying hard enough" Genghis Khan

Firearms are expensive here. With limit budget, the best would be :
1) 12ga Maverick 88 pump
2) .308 M1A springfield, socom 2
3) 9mm Glock 17/19 _________________ regards,
