Colin Powell trying to create that image to home audience don't make it true. Sudan has been in civil war for more than 20 years, all that US has done during that time is bomb a medicine factory. China acts honestly, siding with the Sudanese governement wha are in control of oil. EU is a blur, we have no policy but vague wishes and perhaps some selfish interests. But nobody is calling US, that is your own imagination.
