okay so I simply cannot post what I want to here, so I uploaded a text file of what I am trying to post, but the server doesn't like me. I keep getting the second error you will read about

This sometimes happens to me. I finally figured it out: If the item you want to post has links within it, it probably won't post. You might try (it works for me) changing the link to just text.
