I think I have a quick way of posting google vids, but it only works in firefox...
Testing:
ETA: yep, seems to work. You can pretty much use any size you want, it won't stretch and mess the aspect ratio, it will do an auto fit to the size you provide keeping aspect ratio.
Now for the technical part: when you open a google video page, there are several elements in there, one of them is the flash player. You must find out the exact address of that object. What i do is look in the list of AdBlock-able items and copy the really long line that has googleplayer.swf in it. If you quote my post you can see it. I'm sure you can do that easier, and there are ways to do it in IE or Opera...

...and copied your format ( I couldn't see any "list of Adblock-able items) - just used page source. It showed in "preview" but didn't when I submitted. And now I can't see your post either!
This has happened before when I've tried to post Google Videos. I get it to show up in "preview" but it doesn't show when I submit it.

more testing...
I was using Firefox for a while but it got real buggy on me. Problem with it fitting correctly on my screen - the bottom border was really thick.
I screwed around with it for a little while, re-installed it a couple of times and finally chucked it.
But thanks! You helped me anyway. I'll probably download and install Firefox again just so I can find out what Adblockable items look like. _________________ "May you live in interesting times"
