| I am in Human resources; because of globalization we are facing so many problems like the role of HR managers changing substantially and the HR functions and HR department are being reshaped in order to better serve the various stakeholders of HR in order to make the management of people and the organization more effective. My problem is reach. I need employee assistance and training products, especially alcohol and drug training that I can put on our web site. Anybody have resources that I can borrow? |

| Hi, I know the job of a HR manager is not so easy. As they have to perform number of jobs at a same time. Coordination is the main problem with them. Why not you visit this site http://behavioralrisk.com. This site is having some good resources and products on employee management, behavioral risk reduction and stress management tools for employees. |

your group life plan will likely have an EAP attached.
most EAP is focused on helping EE's use the other benefits that are offered. you need a coordinated approach. the EAP content itself is almost useless.
PM me if you need help. |
