While the gas deal with Iran falters and losing out hugely to China in Russia gas projects, questions will be asked how India can hope to meet demand as economic growth continues and cope as prices rise.

| The discovery of 3.5 billion barrels in india's Rajastan basin came right on time it seems. It will certainly reduce Indian dependence on imported oil. At least for now |

| Yea, once the one lac car from Tata come out it should last them the rest of the year. |
