Not a huge fan of the guy but his show today is hilarious.
It will re-air tonight at 10pm CDT. |

I record his show daily and I look forward to seeing what he says about Bear, JP, & the Fed.
He should have some swift words for them.

Entertainment masquerading as news. Par for the course on television these days. |

No matter if you like him or not, it is a fact he has made a lot of people money. Especially the average joe who doesn't know how to invest or what to look for in a company.
If you are interested in stocks then buying his books is a great way to get a good understanding on what type of stocks/companies to look at.

It was cramer talking about how he use to pump and dump when he played the market. |

Well for one me, my brother, my father, and many close friends have made money in the market as a direct result of Cramer's books and his recommendations.
If you have ever watched his show most of his callers thank him for making them money also.
Anytime he picks a stock the value goes up 3%+ after hours therefore making the shareholders money if they chose to sell.
His books give valuable education. I know his show is goofy sometimes but he is a proven stock picker/educator.

Pre-Mad Money or Post-Mad Money?

Joel Trout, I had thought you were fairly level headed before I read your last post.
Cramer is a piece of crap shill who misleads people for a living.
Let me ask you this . . . if he was that good at "picking stocks", then why on earth wouldn't he just keep it to himself and make a fortune?
Because he's a charlatan.
You want to know what he said on or about March 11?
He said, "hold Bear Stearns - they are not in trouble."
You come on here and vouch for this sack of crap, you make yourself look like an ass.
He made money for people?
If you randomly picked stocks at any period between 02 and 05 and held for more than 2 years, you "made money".
The guy is a hack and an idiot.
You don't see Buffet yelling on TV "buy this sell that."
Cramer is famous for, a couple years back, advising people to buy "high tech stocks". He then listed 10 stocks that were "must haves".
Those stocks lost 90% of their value since he made that call.
It's amazing how gullible some people are. |

Pope, are you trying to say that Cramer is CNBC's sitcom? _________________ "RRrrruuuunnnn!!!" ~Apocalypto |

Here's a link to the video clip of "Cramer the expert money maker" telling people to hang onto Bear-Stearns just before the stock crashed.

It's disturbing that CNBC gives him so much time and credibility.
Do they even bother to follow his predictions?
He has had long dismal track record from 2001, and fleeced investors before that in the dot.com bubble with the street.com issue - which ended up plunging terrifically from the time it was issued. |

Yes, it's called pump, then dump.

Which you could have picked up free on the web. Not a good investment. |
