 We lived here for 7 years, so we know what we're in for. The wind bothers me a lot more than the dirt.

It may not bother others but it does me.
BTW, don't worry about tornadoes, I have it on good authority they are a once in a few hundred year event even in the Alley.

| Speaking of wind, just make sure you have a root cellar or storm cellar, I spent a lot of hours in mine when I lived in that part of the country. |

Good luck in rejoining the mainstream Shanny. I did the same thing a month ago, but my wife and daughter are staying in the davep "run for the hills" location in France.
I'm doing a weekly commute (round trip 700 miles) but I really need the money 
It's always nice when you can reconcile your PO preparations with earning some hard cash.
