Given the complexities of the global climate system and our history of screwing the pooch when it comes to ecosystems it would take a miracle to not simply make matters worse with any geo-engineering project.

Father was accused of child abuse for beating the ever living you know what out of his son. He was found guilty and sentenced if memory serves. The reason for his dismay and subsequent violence?
