Like the illusion of Wall Street, with its vast and powerful investment banks, now shuttered, China too is an illusion perpetuated by the Globalists that gave us the 15,000 mile Caesar salad, poisoned cat food and lead based paint on babies' pacifiers. Like the illusion that money would come from thin air to always push housing prices higher, China has spent a generation pursuing its illusion. Pursuing an unattainable dream to be like the West, while 6000 years of its carefully shepherded top soil blows into the sea.

Iran has been responsible for its share of provocation as well, like buzzing our ships or kidnapping the brit sailors. Really, the burden is on Iran to act responsibly. The UN has tasked the US (and the UK) with running patrols to enforce UN restrictions on Iran
Let me get this straight... the Brits are in, or about, Iranian waters so close as makes no odds as to whether they were or weren't actually violating territorial integrity... the USN is floating around Iranian waters so close that they can be "buzzed" by speedboats... but you're telling us it's incumbent on the people who ACTUALLY LIVE THERE not to be assholes. Is that right?
Fine, I'm coming over to your place tonight, I'm taking a dump in your petunias, and you better make nice with the expensive three-ply, my friend. I mean, hey -- be responsible. _________________ I can has cheezburger?

Bush today in his press conference, in response to a question as to whether he would tell Israel not to attack Iran, refused to say so and only answered that multi-party diplomatic talks are the best solution.
While this does not give Israel the go ahead, it may be interpreted by some as doing so.
For those that remember, the US did not explicity say to Iraq in 1990 not to invade Kuwait. Although a go ahead was not given, it was (erroneously) interpreted to mean that the US would not stop an invasion of Kuwait.
I am afraid a similar misinterpretation could occur now. _________________ It's already over, now it's just a matter of adjusting.

Almost makes one wonder just how intentionally or unintentionally it was left open to be interpreted. _________________ Live simply, love generously, care deeply, and speak kindly.

Well, what's the guy supposed to say? Technically speaking, Israel doesn't take orders from the United States (quite the opposite, it seems to me, is in fact the case). Can you imagine the uproar if he went on TV and said "I ordered Israel not to..."?
At best, the US can refuse to support Israel's actions (yeah, as if...). But Israel is going to do what it wants, or feels it can get away with, or thinks it can gamble or pressure the US and the rest of the West into supporting. The sad fact is, they're usually right in making such assumptions. _________________ I can has cheezburger?

Here is the deal. The Iranian people are some of the nicest people I know.

The Iranians I speak with tell me that Jews have always lived in Iran and for the most part don't have many problems.
"According to The world Jewish Library, about 10,000 Jews remain in Iran, mostly in Tehran, Isfahan (3,000), and Shiraz. BBC reported Yazd is home to ten Jewish families, six of them related by marriage, however some estimate the number is much higher. Historically, Jews maintained a presence in many more Iranian cities. Iran supports by far the largest Jewish population of any Muslim country.
"In the midst of tensions between the U.S and Iran and between Iran and Israel, Jewish-Iranian Americans and Israelis offered money to the remaining Jews in Iran in order to help them relocate to California and/or Israel. In August 2007, the Iranian Jews in Iran responded by dismissing them as "immature political enticements."

David Suzuki years ago said of Global warming (or more appropriately "Climate Change" )- that we are sitting in a car going 100 mph head on collision with a concrete wall and "we" are arguing about what seat we wish to sit in.
There is a three level game of chess being played and the world does not know who all the players or puppet masters are?
FOUR of the players are OIL, CLIMATE CHANGE, POPULATION & POLLUTION in no particular order.
Unfortunately this game has been started and it needs to come to a solution! Unfortunately, there is only one winner with chess, unlike Tic-Tac-Toe.

The George W Bush administration plans to launch an air strike against Iran within the next two months, an informed source tells Asia Times Online, echoing other reports that have surfaced in the media in the United States recently.
Two key US senators briefed on the attack planned to go public with their opposition to the move, according to the source, but their projected New York Times op-ed piece has yet to appear.
What happened. No airstrike. Oh yeah, the two expert Senators must have been liberals who will lie whenever a microphone is shoved in their face.

Is that before or after Bush declares martial law and those people with the red dots on their doors are collected for transport in the cattle cars?
