Like the illusion of Wall Street, with its vast and powerful investment banks, now shuttered, China too is an illusion perpetuated by the Globalists that gave us the 15,000 mile Caesar salad, poisoned cat food and lead based paint on babies' pacifiers. Like the illusion that money would come from thin air to always push housing prices higher, China has spent a generation pursuing its illusion. Pursuing an unattainable dream to be like the West, while 6000 years of its carefully shepherded top soil blows into the sea.

Some folks would like to garden, but can not stoop or bend down to do it. Often, digging is not possible, or the exertion required is just too much to do safely. I have trouble with bending and stooping myself, and can only walk around for short periodes of time. So, I have built an elivated growing space that is convienient to use while seated. If interested, construction details with pictures are at www.hydroprojects.homestead.com. There you will see a link for elevated trough system. The total cost is reasonable, under a hundred dollars if everything is bought new. The growing area is 8 inches wide by any length you like. The one I built is 11 foot long. It can be shorter or longer as desired. Please let me know if you like it or have any questions. n6xf chuck

Very interesting. What is the nutrient mix that you use for the trough system? _________________ When somebody makes a statement you don't understand, don't tell him he's crazy. Ask him what he means. -- Otto Harkaman, Space Viking

Hi, I use a commercial product from southern agriculture and insecticides. www.southernag.com It comes in 25 pound bags. 1/2 cup is used for 25 gallons. Also 1/4 cup of calcium nitrate, and 1/8 cup of epsom salts. It is called SA Soluable special hydroponic mix. I runs around $25 bucks. 5-11-26. If you go to their site, you can find it in their commercial products catalog on page 6 ( I think). It is a PDF file. Hope this helps. I think the product number is 77666, but I'm not positive about that. chuck
