Lol... you might want to consider rephrasing that question. _________________ Got Dharma?

It's perfectly legal as long as it's a hands free drink. _________________ People first, then things, then dollars.

But there is a market for that right now that seems to be expanding...
A few links:
| Quote: | Brewing your own Ethanol
http://thefuelman.com/
http://news.medill.northwestern.edu/washington/news.aspx?id=90071
"Of course, for a lot less money but a good investment of time and
your own energy, you can build your own backyard ethanol still.
Beer, wine, corn, barley, kitchen scraps or molasses will serve as
raw ingredients. Designs for a variety of do-it-yourself stills are
available on the Internet for around $30 each. About $500 more in
parts and materials will do the trick. A typical ethanol still involves
copper pipe and fittings, available from plumbing supply stores.
You'll need a temperature sensor/controller valve, a drum to be
used as a gas burner and a safety release valve. Some web sites
will sell you whole kits for up to $2,000 - plans and materials,
making the job that much easier."
"...Oh, and if you're going to brew ethanol at home, don't forget to
order a permit from Uncle Sam's Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau."

I blew a .16 back in '74 and at my arraignment a few weeks later was fined $175.00. I paid it on the spot in cash and it was all done and over with. I was down the road again... straight to the nearest liqueur store.

Another good reason to ride a bicycle! Even in California, all they can site you with is “public drunkenness” if you ride a bicycle (and our thin blue line has better things to do with their time than site you for this!).
A buddy of mine at work who got a DUI a couple of years ago (I have none of these on my driving record!), now rides a bicycle to his favorite watering hole.
Last year he fell off his bike going home and broke his forearm, but he has no citation from the California DMV to prove it! _________________ Skeptical scrutiny in both Science and Religion is the means by which deep thoughts are winnowed from deep nonsense-Carl Sagan |

| Thanks steam cannon. Besides the funny stories from the drunken drivers once again has anyone personally poured homemade alcohol into any vehicles as a fuel and tried it out. How did it work. Bad Good etc. |

I would not try it with a regular car unless it is a flex fuel car or you converted into flex fuel. Alcohol will eat through your seals. _________________ The oil barrel is half-full. |

| The only thing I could find about cars running on straight alcohol is that the way the engines are currently built the octane of straight alcohol is to high ( 110 average for alcohol). Alcohol is also more corrosive and conducts electricity better then gas. ... It's late and I'm rambling sorry ...... |
