Like the illusion of Wall Street, with its vast and powerful investment banks, now shuttered, China too is an illusion perpetuated by the Globalists that gave us the 15,000 mile Caesar salad, poisoned cat food and lead based paint on babies' pacifiers. Like the illusion that money would come from thin air to always push housing prices higher, China has spent a generation pursuing its illusion. Pursuing an unattainable dream to be like the West, while 6000 years of its carefully shepherded top soil blows into the sea.

What a funny outcome of oil depletion. Troops paying oil depletion baggage fees to fight the oil depletion wars. Guess if they ever won, the airlines wouldn't be able to make any money on fuel. Wonder if Georgia had to pay fuel surcharges to push Russia back from its oil pipeline.

Rule of thumb for any young person today considering joining the U.S. Military (one is like the other now a days); Never put yourself in a position of having to fight for this county off its own soil.
My son who is 27 has been smart never to join (though I and my father both did, my dad for 30 years).
You will only be putting yourself at risk, getting killed or worse, mutilated, for someone else’s money, oil, or agenda. Let them fight their own wars! _________________ Skeptical scrutiny in both Science and Religion is the means by which deep thoughts are winnowed from deep nonsense-Carl Sagan

It has always annoyed me that while some young soldier is risking their life on a battlefield, someone in a boardroom is working out how to make a profit from it.

Not to mention spat on by college students, disrespected by the public, and neglected by the government, after the war is over.
