OBAMA USES TERROR LAWYER TO FIGHT FORGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE LAWSUIT
The plot thickens. The lawsuit Philip Berg filed based on my blockbuster expose of Obama's birth certificate forgery has taken a bizarre and disturbing twist. Why is a Presidential candidate using a terrorist lawyer. Every alliance, every allegiance .. malevolent.
Barack Hussein has recently admitted to dual citizenship ... media yawned, too busy going through Sarah Palin's trash (at least they are in their own element). How ironic that what we need is a federal elections specialist. Obama is considered an expert in this area having taught it for several years at University of Chicago law school after his stint at ACORN.
Yid with Lid has it all
OBAMA is USING TERRORIST'S LAWYER to Defend LAWSUIT
Rather than just product the birth certificate (is he trying to hide something?) Obama's legal team filed a motion to dismiss. One of the Lawyers filing the motion was Joe Sandler (sandler@sandlerreiff.com) of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young (see the document below).
If Mr. Sandler's name sounds familiar it Should. He is the Leagal Hit Man for the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is an organization with terrorist ties, and has been as an un-indicted co-conspiritor in the Holyland Foundation Hamas Funding trial.
Sandler's role for CAIR has been to stifle people from telling the truth about Islam. For example, last year he tried to get Jihad Expert Robert Spencer banned from speaking to the Young American Foundation by using a threatening letter. Sandler followed up by threatening columnist Mike Adams for writing about the Spencer incident. _________________ "Since you have chosen to elect a man with a timber toe to succeed me, you may all go to hell and I will go to Texas." First of all, IF this is true, the process is to find evidence, take it to the courts, and have it resolved. I find it almost hilarious that both parties are resorting to every means possible to discredit the other party's nominee. It's absolutely pathetic and indicative of the very problems the nation faces.
The US is faced with a debt it will never be able to repay unless draconian measures are taken by leaders brave enough to stand up to the excesses of the people they serve. America has thousands upon thousands of troops across the world in blatant forms of military adventurism, which belittles and discredits the troops who are in areas with legitimate reasons.
The US has had a constitutional crisis on a regular basis since 9/11 with a president who considers the constitution a "damned piece of paper" and a congress to chicken-crap to do anything about his egregious violations of the people's trust. America is faced with a declining standard of living, declining energy output, declining manufacturing ability, and declining agricultural effectiveness.
And with all this, all the American people can do is wonder if Sarah Palin abused her power or if either candidate are actually legitimate citizens under the constitution instead of wondering if either is capable of true leadership.
History has shown that people get the government they deserve, so believe me when I say that no matter what happens this fall, I along with the rest of America are going to get it good and hard. _________________ When somebody makes a statement you don't understand, don't tell him he's crazy. Dang JLW, do you really believe America deserves an Obama presidency, Reid running the Senate, and Pelosi running the House? I wouldn't wish that upon my worst enemy.
But we can learn from each other. I plan on distributing Impeach Obama forms say Feb 1, 2009. And with what I've learned from ACORN, death shouldn't limit those who sign up. |

I'd say that comment pretty much invalidates anything you post.

After "electing" Bush for two terms, I'd say America more than deserves it!

Ludi;
Don't know us for electing Bush for two terms, look at what the democrats offered as an alternative!
I'm in my late 40's now and it seems like the quality of candidates that we get from both parties has steadily gone down my whole life. Maybe it really has or it just might be that experience has come with age and I can now better tell how poor they are.
For my money the most qualified person who ran on both sides was Mitt Romney, former governor and successful businessman. Thus he has two types of executive experience, something the current candidates are extremely short of.

I think you're just getting more critical in your maturity, TreeFarmer.
I really thought Mittens was going to be the GOP nominee also.... _________________ "...powerdown so soft and fluffy you'll think you're living in a pillow." - jboogy |

The best thing about Romney for Massachusetts is that we now get to call him "former governor".

| Look at both the nut Jobs running. Neither is going to be able to do a thing. In my opinion you do not vote for the lesser of two evils. You pick a Candidate that is good. Why did they ignore Ron Paul? I get the feeling that the Presidency was decided long ago. I know my vote has never counted. |

Mitt Romney, when pressed, could not answer very basic questions about the Presidency of the United States. It was painfully obvious that he had no familiarity with the constitution, and he couldn't be bothered to learn the description of the job he was running for. Ron Paul practically laughed him off the stage. I'm extremely glad Romney didn't make it onto either ticket. _________________ "If a path to the better there be, it begins with a full look at the worst." — Thomas Hardy |

Mine has never counted because I live in a Republican state.
