I recommend the book 'Who moved my cheese?' by Spencer Johnson available widely for the princely sum of US $4.95.

It is a great book to help you adjust your thinking patterns and deal with change in your life. It will help you to cope with the massive mental adjustments needed to deal with Peak Oil et al.

I read the book about five years ago as a part of a management class I was taking. Good book - and it can indeed change your perception.
