Hoarding is exactly what the government is doing right now by filling the SPR, and frankly it's the best thing that could happen. It drives prices up. High prices encourage demand destruction. They also finance new well development. The hoarded oil gives us a buffer to fall back on once shortages become more prevalent. High prices are what we need in order to adapt to what's coming, and the sooner they happen, the better.

I just watched No End in Sight this morning.

I highly recommend it, but must warn that you'll be stupefied and absolutely sick at your stomach (if you aren't already).

Have seen bits and pieces of this, but just watched the whole thing this evening....kinda eerie to have the sound of exploding fireworks in the background while watching this movie!

Thanks for posting.

It's on google here:

Why bother watching this crap?

Don't you know this war was a Republican diversion, a party, a gimmick?

This war is a stupid f#cking game for the wealthy and rich that own the oil, steel, companies, businesses and YOUR LIVES.

Rocmann, is this Republican stupidity a surprise? The truly wealthy love this kind of game. It gives meaning to their bored country club lives.

We invaded a small mideast post-colonial mess to prop up the military industrial complex. The businessmen. And the stupid American public, fed on a diet of phony toughness bought it. And sacrifice their children and the Iraqi children.

Only an impotent people trapped in their pointlessness would be dragged into this sh@t. Is that us?

Unequivocally, yes. Haven't you looked around lately?
