| I don't think Opec hired them. If something is vulnerable for hacking, then it will be hacked. No matter what are the contents of the site. |

no, it is not very probable that opec hired anybody. If they hired anybody that would surely be DDOS which would effectilvely render the site unusable for any given time.
But anyway this is a really bad thing.
