Maybe some should go to Oil Drum and tell then that Finland has a nuclear power station under construction. That map must be several years out of date by now.

The map doesn't say Finland has a nuclear power plant under construction. I suggest you actually look at the map...your information about it is either made up or several years out of date. |

The map doesn't include Romania and Bulgaria so it is out of date. Both countries have reactors under construction as well as operating reactors. Finland does have a reactor under construction.
