I will believe the Saudis don't see any upcoming problems with Ghawar when they cancel one of their projects due to low oil prices. If they continue to be full steam ahead with increasing their capacity then I think they are aware that Ghawar may not be as robust in 5 years time as they would like us to believe.

I'm screening "A Crude Awakening" in a few weeks in my area, I was wondering what the best short (one or two pages) primer on peak oil would be? Something that is a fairly easy read.

thanks

I'm in Queensland, and we are going to screen 'A crude awakening' also in a few weeks time. I will use a few of my own notes, but you may find the following, posted in the news section of 'Peak Oil' today useful. I didn't see it on Lateline last night, but being an Australian program it might be useful. I think that it is quite a good intro.

This may be no help at all, but CNN is reshowing "We Were Warned: Out of Gas" again this coming weekend (Sat. and Sun.)
IMHO, worth seeing-every little bit helps.
