I will believe the Saudis don't see any upcoming problems with Ghawar when they cancel one of their projects due to low oil prices. If they continue to be full steam ahead with increasing their capacity then I think they are aware that Ghawar may not be as robust in 5 years time as they would like us to believe.

On the news they said our $4 average gas prices reflect $90 a barrel crude. And for gas prices to catch up to $138 crude gas needs to go to $6 a gallon. Is all that true?

Is there a formula to convert crude to gas prices?

How high would crude have to go to put gas at $10 a gallon?

Don't forget that there is a glut of gasoline on the market because the demand is for diesel.

Why is it that diesel is cheaper than gasoline then? Atleast thats the case in Finland.

Because you pay less taxes on diesel.
