I will believe the Saudis don't see any upcoming problems with Ghawar when they cancel one of their projects due to low oil prices. If they continue to be full steam ahead with increasing their capacity then I think they are aware that Ghawar may not be as robust in 5 years time as they would like us to believe.

Yea, it would be nice if I lived within a few miles of where I work.... _________________ Tired of high gas prices? Then stop driving to work, duh..... Learn to Work from home

I would like to as well, But the thought of living in downtown Oklahoma City is not very pleasant. Most of it is major crime areas, bad enough I have to drive through them to get to work. Police cars and ambulances are a common occurance in most of those neighborhoods.
The ones that are not crime ridden are way too pricey for most Oklahomans. And I have a feeling they will start being way too pricey for the folks currently residing there before too long.
My wife and I both drive about 20 miles one way to get to our jobs. Unfortunately our hours are pretty far apart, which necessitates us driving seperately. I ride a motorcycle as often as possible. That helps.

If they're pricey, it's because there's a demand for them. If they go higher, it's because there's an even higher demand for them.
The best thing for OKC to do right now would be to consider installing a light rail system from Will Rogers to Downtown to the Capitol to Tinker. This, combined with park & rides, would allow those living further out to take advantage of workable mass transit.
Also, putting a full-service grocery store near Bricktown would make it easier to live downtown. _________________ "It's called the American Dream because you'd have to be asleep to believe it."
