This forum is for hydrocarbon depletion related discussions only. We are looking for provocative posts that dig into the big picture with an in-depth analysis of peak oil and what it means to the future. Tie your post to fossil fuel peaking and/or depletion and the related consequences.

Posts that are news links or links to essays or articles about peak oil are best placed in the Current Events forum or submitted to our news editors. Details on posting news can be found in the Board Kiosk Forum. We would like to keep the threads with in depth discussion on peak oil and its consequences on the front page.

Posts deemed not appropriate to this forum's discussion will be moved.
