| I know this article has already been posted on the front page, but I believe it merits serious discussion. With US natural gas supply stretched to its limits, it either means electricity price increases (due to A/C demand) or, if prices don't rise and destroy demand, we may witness blackouts. |

I think you'll see price increases.
Interestingly enough, MissingLink pointed out that we may be past midpoint on conventional oil. Another thread discussed how China faces a shortage of coal.
