Would you really spend $1500.00 for a one person dynamically balanced ride only good for smooth surfaces when the same investment would allow you to conver two tandem bicycles into a four person very stable and all terrain qudracycle? Said Quadracycle also would be useful for pulling say a small trailer full of groceries? _________________ Oxygen: - An intensely habit-forming accumulative toxic substance. As little

It is possible to do a 50 mph capable, 20 mile range electric car conversion for that price with a contactor controller, surplus aircract starter-generator, homebuilt full-wave bridge rectifier charger, and a set of golf cart batteries. Find a cheap $300 beater and about $1,200 or so takes care of the rest.
But it won't be very fast, user-friendly, and will pose its own set of hazards. First and foremost, without a proper charging algorithm and battery regulation system, your battery pack will be lucky to last more than 5,000 miles under this setup. _________________ The unnecessary felling of a tree, perhaps the old growth of centuries, seems to me a crime little short of murder. ~Thomas Jefferson
