Alternative Energy Sources

A wide variety of alternative energy sources have been proposed as replacements for oil after peak oil occurs. These include solar, wind, tides, geothermal, and nuclear energy. Energy from these alternative energy sources today comprise only a small part of the global energy mix. but their contribution is expected to increase as the cost of oil increases.
